Sealing properties of filling mixtures

This paper focuses on the flue ash as a waste material which can be used for filling main mine workings, especially filling pit shafts with consolidated filling material. The intention was to propose and assess new formulas of filling mixtures. A special emphasis was put on favourable impacts of ingredients on sealing properties of mixtures securing water- and gasproofness of treated mine workings.
