Overview and assessment of the impact of the most important technical remediation measures implemented after the underground water penetration (breakage) into the mines Döllinger, Viktorin and Gisela to ensure the stability of the Teplice springs
The article deals with the Teplice Springs and describes more specifically the influence of the most important remediation measures implemented after the penetration of rhyolite water into the underground mines Döllinger, Viktorin and Gisela. These penetrations very negatively affected the situation of rhyolite waters and significantly influenced the Teplice Springs, used for the balneology. Fourteen remedial measures are described and evaluated, sorted chronologically, as they were realized, from 1879 until 2004. These measures reflected the knowledge at the time of their realization and gradually aimed to achieve a relatively good level of stabilization of the Teplice springs.
