The status of the quality in the strategic management of organizations
The article deals with the status of the quality in the strategic management of the organization, responding to the developments in the Czech Republic in the last 25 years in the field of quality. It is focused on the introduction of the processes contained in the Blue Guide in the Czech Republic, including some instruments such as certification, accreditation and conformity assessment. The second area is the national quality policy in the Czech Republic as defined by the Board of quality of the Czech Republic. The main aim of this work is the implementation of the research and the findings/verification, whether and how it is used in the strategic management of polled companies, what modern management concepts are they using and the way in which these quality requirements are contained in the respective strategies. The obtained results were compared with the results of similar research realized not only in Czech Republic but also abroad in recent years, so it was possible to confirm or disprove the detected trends. The results can be used for orientation of Czech companies in that field.
