Energy by-products and their composition
In the past, secondary energy products were mainly used for construction purposes and as a material suitable for landscaping during levelling off traces of mining activity. For these purposes, large quantities of these materials are deposited at disposal sites near especially large energy sources. At the same time, due to the demand for raw materials and a significant shift in technology, new alternative sources of various elements are also being searched for. Their need is increasing with the development of their use, especially in electrical engineering. This article describes the analysis of a selected repository in the ústí Region with regard to the contents of micro and macro elements using the Optical Emission Spectroscopy with Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP-OES) method.
