Extraction of the Coarse Screening Plant - replacement of technology
The article describes the change of technology intended for the disposal of coal dust at the Coarse Screening Plant in the Coal Treatment operational section at Severočeské doly a.s., caused by the need to respond to the change in the emission limit of Decree No. 415/2012 Coll. This concerns the replacement of four pieces of wet surface separators for four modern extraction units, the replacement of which took place in two stages. The pipeline routes and suction points were reconstructed. In connection with the change in the method of disposal of coal dust, the structure of the belt conveyor for the disposal of the wet mixture was also modified. Furthermore, the article generally describes the building of the Coarse Screening Plant itself, the processes taking place in it, including a description of the original and newly installed equipment, as well as a description of the methods of disposal of coal dust when they are applied.
