Provoz bezodpadové technologie na Úpravně uhlí Komořany v letech 2012-2021
Společnost Severní energetická a.s. patří mezi nevýznamnější těžební společnosti hnědého uhlí v ČR. Mezi její priority patří nejen snaha o snížení nákladů na vytěžený nerost, ale také snaha o snížení nepříznivých dopadů na životní prostředí v regionu. Proto se vedení společnosti rozhodlo provést investiční akci, při které se zásadně změnil způsob ukládání těžebního odpadu na úpravně uhlí v Komořanech (dále jen úUK). Záměr se realizoval v roce 2012 a je do dnes plně funkční. Tento článek popisuje provoz nové technologie od počátku, průběh provozu v letech 2012-2021, včetně řešení poruch v oblasti strojní i elektro. Závěr obsahuje krátké vyhodnocení celé investiční akce a současný stav.

Operation of waste-free technology at the Komořany Coal Treatment Plant in 2012-2021
The company Severní energetická a.s. belongs one of the most important brown-coal mining companies in the Czech Republic. Its priorities also include efforts to reduce the extracted mineral expenses, but also efforts to reduce adverse impacts on the environment in the region. Therefore, the company's management has decided to carry out an investment project, during which the method of depositing mining waste at the Coal Treatment Plant in Komořany (hereinafter referred to as úUK) has been fundamentally changed. The plan was implemented in 2012 and is still fully functional to this day. This article describes the operation of the new technology from the beginning, the course of operation in the years 2012-2021, including troubleshooting in the field of mechanical and electrical. The conclusion contains a brief evaluation of the entire investment project and the current state.
