Výsypka Radovesice - příklad úspěšné rekultivace v podmínkách 21. století
Významným úkolem těžební společnosti Severočeské doly a.s. je obnova ekologické stability území plošně zasažených těžbou hnědého uhlí. Příkladem takové aktivity může být úspěšná rekultivace výsypky Radovesice, jejíž metodika již reflektuje nové požadavky tohoto století. Příspěvek shrnuje historii, současnost a perspektivy lokality. Důraz je kladen na výsledky dlouhodobého výzkumu rekultivovaných a sukcesních ploch z hlediska pedologického a biologického. Hodnocena je úspěšnost aplikace slínů a pozornost je věnována i eliminaci případných rizik včetně klimatické změny. úspěšnost rekultivace a některé významné výsledky výzkumu včetně rozsáhlé fotodokumentace jsou prezentovány v tomto článku.

Radovesice spoil heap - an example of successful reclamation under the conditions of the 21st century
An important task of the mining company Severočeské doly a.s. is to restore the ecological stability of the areas affected by brown coal mining. An example of such an activity can be the successful reclamation of the Radovesice spoil heap, the methodology of which already reflects the new requirements of this century. The article summarizes the history, present, and perspectives of the site. Emphasis is placed on the results of long-term research of reclaimed and successive areas from a pedological and biological point of view. The success of marl application is evaluated and attention is given to the elimination of potential risks, including climate change. The success of reclamation and some significant research results, including extensive photo documentation, are presented in this article.
