The Hořany Energy Corridor is a strategically important part of the energy and industrial infrastructure. High safety requirements are placed on the entire corridor, while its newest part passes through the Slatinická dump. A network of continuous geodetic and hydrogeological monitoring was built in previous years for the purpose of detailed control measurement. This monitoring network using IoT principles has become the basis of a geo-information database platform that enables the automation of the process of storing, processing and displaying measured data with the possibility of further future development. A GIS database and a web map application were set up on the VúHU server to make the results available to parties involved. Thanks to this, online access to the most up-to-date monitoring data was created. The platform significantly reduces the requirements for basic data collection and processing, thanks to which professional staff can focus directly on advanced spatial-time analyses and risk management. The establishment of the platform laid the foundation for building a comprehensive way of storing, processing and analysing spatial data, which should lead to the creation of a digital twin of the territory in the future.
