Biodegradation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Sediments

The paper focuses on the PAH's biodegradation in sediments of Černý příkop river. PAH's biodegradation efficiency using aerobicbacteria Pseudomonas putida and Rhodococcus sp. was studied. Rhodococcus sp. exhibited higher biodegradation efficiency.
