New rules for the utilisation of fly ash and mixtures containing fly ash for sanitation and the terrain shaping for future reclamation

The products of the coal combustion can be used also for remediation and shaping of the terrain for future reclamation. These products are usually named as the certified building products. At the beginning of 2013, substantial changes of the essential requirements on the quality of the products of the coal combustion as a feedstock for this product group aroused. These legislative changes are the subject of the article.
