The article deals with the Teplice Springs and describes more specifically the influence of the most important remediation measures implemented after the penetration of rhyolite water into the underground mines Döllinger, Viktorin and Gisela. These penetrations very negatively affected the situation of rhyolite waters and significantly influenced the Teplice Springs, used for the balneology. Fourteen remedial measures are described and evaluated, sorted chronologically, as they were realized, from 1879 until 2004. The article deals with the hydrological and hydrogeological issues connected with the Lake CSM. Fluctuations in the water level in this water reservoir induce considerable stability problems and, ultimately, they would endanger even the stability of the road connecting villages Pozorka and Mstišov. The total value of water inflows in amount of 13,1 l.s-1 was evaluated by the balance calculation.
